1 Peter is a New Testament Epistle (Letter), specifically classified as a “General Epistle” or “Catholic Epistle.” Peter addressed this Epistle to the Jewish Christians scattered throughout Asia Minor who were suffering for their faith in Christ. 

The phrase “Blood of Jesus” is the expression of the sacrificial death and full atoning – to make right something that is wrong. The work of Jesus in our place and on our behalf.  

Prayer is having a personal relationship with God. It involves Communication with God.  Prayer is Praising God.

To Trust In The Lord means to believe His Word and obey Him. Trusting Jesus means committing ourselves entirely to Him. 

This text summarizes Jesus identifying the two Greatest Commandments, Loving God Supremely (heart, soul, mind, strength), and Loving Your Neighbor as Yourself. 

As We Celebrate Christmas – Remember Christ is Christmas and Christmas is Christ.

The Two Advents are as Bookends for the Christian. You must believe in both – The Birth of Christ (The First Advent) which has passed and the Second Coming of Christ (The Second Advent) which is yet to come.
