A genuinely saved person cannot lose their salvation. A genuinely saved person cannot do anything to become unsaved. However, salvation is not a license to sin. It should not be used as an excuse for backsliding or disobedience to God.
o The Lord Jesus Christ proclaimed, “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand” (John 10:28-29b).
