In today’s message, we will focus on imitating God by “Walking as Children of Light” (v. 8).

As we begin this New Year 2024, let’s make it a year dedicated to Walking In Love – Loving God supremely and mankind.

The true meaning of Christmas is the Celebration of the Birth of the Savior Jesus Christ. Without Christ, there would be no Christmas. Christ is Christmas – Christmas is Christ!

In this message, we will examine three aspects of A Place Called Heaven: (1) Heaven is the Place of God’s Throne, (2) Heaven is a Place of Peace, and (3) Heaven is a Place of Reward.

Salvation is BY Grace, THROUGH Faith, IN Christ Jesus.

Faith in God’s Word, not feelings, is the spring from which this Assurance of Salvation flows. Feelings are changeable and therefore unreliable. Assurance is full confidence of the Believer’s Salvation in  Christ. 

All three of the Synoptic Gospels record the encounter of Jesus with Legion. This “certain man” was demon-possessed or controlled by demons.

As Believers, we are to share the Gospel of Christ with this lost and dying world – Jesus is the only one who can save a person from sin and eternal punishment. 

A new teaching was invading the Church at Colosse and causing great trouble. This new teaching downgraded Christ to being just some sort of Angel. Paul penned this letter to the Church at Colosse while a prisoner in Rome to a City he had never visited.
